葵 KYOTO STAYは、京都の繁華街の中心部各所で町屋6軒を提供しており、趣のある滞在を楽しめます。築約100年の町屋もあり、当時の魅力を残したまま改装が行われています。数々のアンティーク品が飾られた2階建ての町屋です。日本庭園を併設しており、館内全域で無料Wi-Fiを利用できます。客室には、薄型大画面テレビ、DVDプレーヤー、加湿器、簡易キッチン（冷蔵庫、電子レンジ付）、広々とした専用バスルーム（無料バスアメニティ付）が備わっています。地元の野菜や焼きたてのパンを取り揃えた朝食を客室で楽しめます（有料、3日前までに要予約）。簡易キッチンで自炊も可能です。
